There comes a times or two for all of us where we find ourselves under attack.
In Jekalyn Carr’s song “You Will Win” she sings “The enemy came up against your Name
The enemy came up against your character..”
When this particular kind of attack occurs it can be heartbreaking as often it brought forth by people we once trusted.
You start to have self-doubt as you replay what’s being said about you. You second guess your actions even when you know they were done with a pure heart and the right intentions.
I’m going to reassure you that if you’re doing what you’re suppose to do, there’s going to be some people who don’t like it but don’t let that discourage you. If you don’t have anyone mad at your actions, likely, you are playing things too safe!
Do what you feel is right and keep on keeping on!
I declare for us to stand in our righteousness in 2018! Stand in Victory all year despite all challenges!
If your crown starts to shift and fall, adjust it and keep on stepping!
Don’t let the enemy win! I heard a sermon on the radio earlier and the pastor said “it is more comfortable to stay where the enemy wants us to be than to walk into blessings God has for us” Blessings require work.. they require us to be a little uncomfortable, they might require some growing pains but on the other side!
Remember even Jesus has haters to this very day! You & I are just ordinary people so why would we ever believe we are above judgement and harsh criticism.
My grandma use to say, “it doesn’t matter what they call you, it matters what you answer to.”
To add to that I say “it doesn’t matter what someone calls me as long as they also call me blessed!”
Be blessed my loves!
